Hotel péssimo
Quarto em condições precárias. Pia vazando, funcionários discutindo o tempo todo na recepção, e ainda por cima não emitiram nota fiscal, e disseram que eu deveria procurar o Hotéis.com Quem vai me dar a nota? Preciso fazer o reembolso com a empresa, e só consigo isso com a nota fiscal.

A estadia no centro, de dia, foi tranquila, ficamos satisfeitos, porém a noite nos sentimos inseguros. No nosso quarto, as camas estavam confortáveis e limpas, mas a porta do banheiro não fechava. Não houve informação com antecedência que o estacionamento era pago, e o hotel nos disse que a responsabilidade era do site hoteis.com

Extremamente desagradável
Péssima experiência. A única opção agradável foi o tamanho do quarto, o café da manhã e a localização do hotel. Porém, a estrutura em geral do hotel não é das melhores. Um dos 2 elevadores estava em manutenção, e com isso apenas 1 elevador funcionava para o hotel todo, demorava horrores, muitas vezes causando atrasos nos compromissos. Os funcionários não cumprimentam os hóspedes. Peguei 4 diárias, na primeira diária a lâmpada do quarto não acendia mais, comuniquei à recepção, mas nada fizeram. O aquecimento da água do banheiro não funciona perfeitamente. A porta do quarto tem problemas para abertura (quarto 808) e para se agravar ainda mais, na 2 diária, fizeram apenas a retirada do lixo do banheiro e levaram as toalhas , mas não fizeram a substituição da de rosto e da do piso, além disso, foi subtraído um sabonete líquido íntimo que levamos. As camas não foram forradas . Também irei fazer uma reclamação na página do hotel no Google e no reclame aqui

Hotel de 17 andares , somente 1 elevador funcionando, lotado! O quarto é bom, chuveiro,café da manhã e funcionários. Mas o centro de BH é perigoso a noite muito barulhento, difícil dormir!

Hotel em péssimas condições
Hotel muito velho. Estado de conservação ruim. Apenas um elevador funcionando para todos os hóspedes. Móveis velhos, cama ruim. Roupa de cama e toalhas de banho manchadas. Piso danificado. Em um dos dias o chuveiro quente não funcionou no hotel todo no turno da manhã. Os funcionários apenas respondem a resposta padrão de que estão em melhorias e apenas seguem as ordens. Na entrada paguei o estacionamento que o hotel disponibiliza, com esse custo extra ( eu já tinha esse informação e nao questiono essa parte), porém se eu pago o estacionamento que por logística do hotel fica em outro quarteirão eles que deveriam pegar o carro. No nosso check out as 4:30 da manhã tive que me deslocar para buscar o carro, um absrudo isso. Resumindo, uma péssima experiência com o hotel e não recomendo. Eu e minha familia nao voltaremos a nos hospedar no mesmo e muito menos indicar. Experiência péssima.

Estacionamento em outro quarteirão. Você precisa sair do hotel de pé pra pegar o carro. Água quente falhou por 1 dia e ficamos com água congelante. Cama não confortável por ser muito velha. Elevador quebrado. Só tinha 1 elevador pra dar conta de 15 andares.
