Because we opted for a more cost effective room, we were put in a small cell of a space outside the main castle which felt neither charming or friendly. The walls were bare and dingy and had holes. There were no windows or air conditioning units so we had to sleep with our door open to get fresh air which made us feel uncomfortable. "This was a good hotel for our 1 night stay. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a metro stop. The check-in staff was very nice and check in was very easy. Our room was clean and very basic, but fine. They had good, strong internet too. The breakfast was a fair price and had hot and cold options. "

"when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service. "

"Great hotel for a short overnight stay. Close enough to the main roads with secure parking and still walking distance to be able to get something to eat. I will admit I've been there before which was a factor in my choice and would go there again."
