"Room - clean, quiet, and I got sound sleep Service - ITH was wonderful in waiting for me to check in after a long travel day on the plane, provide me a tour and pour me water when I got there. ITH has also been kind to lend me a lock for storage under my bed. I also forgot my suit when I left in the early morning in the dark and they were the ones who messaged me about it and willingly to keep it safe for me until my next return. "Room was modern and clean, very spacious. Parking was easy with reasonable rates. Staff here was very friendly and helpful with everything. However, the soundproofing was truly terrible and we could hear the person above us walking around all evening and all morning so clearly, with the squeaky floors. If you're a light sleeper, wear ear plugs. "

"I did not like the inconvenience of the emergency evacuation, which luckly turned out to be a false alarm. I was at the 15th floor, my husband is 80 yrs and with bad knees we started going down by the stairways. Was not fun."
