"Everything was great except the bed. It wasn’t uncomfortable since I’m pretty tolerant, but you can hear the springs creak every time I climbed into bed. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and had a good set up with a wonderful view of SF. The location has a lot of restaurants and shopping plus it’s near the cable cars. We took a city tour and the pick up is across from the hotel. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise facility. I will definitely stay here every time I’m in SF. "
