"Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on."

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

"The suite’s location is convenient as it LRT is nearby. 7-11 and a coffee store are downstairs. HardRock Cafe KL is at near by too. Just try the impression of the suites at online a slightly different kind of description. Only stayed at lower level and no much view as thought in the description can viewing the Petronas Twin.Tower "

"Fantastic hotel - very impressed by everything - the size and spaciousness of the room, the amenities in the room, quality and selection of food, the pool, gym, spa and especially the service - so warm, responsive and professional! If you are still thinking about booking it, don’t! It is well worth it for the cost which considering the level of standard provided, it is quite reasonable when you compare it to similar hotels in other big cities around the world. And we have travelled a lot! Kudos to the staff, in particular, Joel, Naim, Sam and so many others who made our stay so enjoyable. And we will be back and always stay here. We have already highly recommended this hotel to family and friends. Truly a top notch hotel! Keep up the great work!!"

"The property was central to what I required for my stay in KL. The hotel lacked the provisions to be able to eat a breakfast. no fried eggs available-scramble eggs cold every day that I stayed . For Rm42 the breakfast rating is zero. One morning the breakfast Bar ran out of bake beans, why with kitchen staff on sight. My 15 day stay was great."
