"The staff are exceptional. Very helpful and friendly . The hotel is spotless and the food excellent , breakfast and evening meal My only comments would be it isn’t quite a 5 star hotel.The indoor heated pool is within the Spa so entrance fee applies. The sun beds do not have cushions just towels and we didn’t have help with luggage out / into taxi as no one about , but a friendly member of staff did bring it to room . Overall a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning "

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. "Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property."

"We booked this on a bit of a last minute family trip and it turned out to be a delight. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic, all the staff are very friendly and lots of them made a fuss of our children and kept them smiling. Drinks are reasonably priced, our family room was spacious. We had a partial sea view that we were happy with. Room service did a great job tidying up each day. There’s no bad things I have to say about the place, just wish the weather was better but you can’t have it...
