"Traveled as a family of 4 with young kids. The Bailey was a welcome site after a long flight. Jet lagged and tired, we got there at the time they said the room would be ready - but unfortunately they were running behind. Instead of making us wait too long they ended up finding another solution and upgraded us to a bigger room. It was so nice to see that kind of hospitality.
