"I LOVED this hotel. The staff - Julio, Rolando and Alan were so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed sitting our balcony overlooking the lush garden area around the beautiful pool area. We were joined every morning by a humming bird and lots of song birds perched in the palm and fruit trees in front of our balcony. Our room was newly renovated, very clean and the beds were amazing. The location is great. Just walk out the main entrance and you are just a 2 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in central downtown Palm Springs. This hotel is a true gem!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past two decades. I love how conveniently located it is to downtown Palm Springs, the wonderful restaurants and the casino. The staff, tho sparse during this off season, is very helpful, informative and efficient. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable. I recommend this property when staying in Palm Springs. "
