"Clean, bright and friendly staff.... an ambience of home. Situated in a Condo-like complex just at the edge of chaos of shops and people. Room is spotless, spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cool Grotto water for your daily drink. One event I witnessed from my room window: an elderly couple was rushing out to catch a bus upon check-out. Hotel Manager Florence gave chase under a drizzle, and the old gentleman was hurriedly rushing back after realizing something they left behind only to see...

"Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel. "
