"Enjoyed our stay very much. Room temperature easy to control. Comfort very good with lots of space and the kitchen very useful. Staff courteous. One slight negative was the lack of local information available. I know that these days we are all expected to be using Google or other search engines for our information, but leaflets still are useful. The hotel is situated in a very interesting part of town, plenty of food choices, and a real cultural mix. The nearby park is a haven of quiet away from the traffic noise . "

"Very centralise location, so near to shopping, dinning and entertainment, totally spoilt with choices. Near to BTS and easy to travel to other parts of Bangkok. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed 7 nights and we arrived one day after the 7.7 earthquake. For the first few days, it is business as usual. It was quiet on our 17th floor with no one at our wing. Our room was very nice with all the amenities. Our room has a table which is bigger than the normal superior room. The hotel provided free minibar with all the drinks in the fridge. The bidet was great. At Terminal 21, it has the cheapest and wonderful food court and restaurants. It has both BTS and MRT rail stations. After the third night, the earthquake repair began, it was noisy in the morning. We understood the repairs are required. On the fifth night, we are requested to relocate to 15th floor. "

"This is an excellent hotel and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast has an excellent selection of quality product, however, the food could be warmer and it does seem at times more organisation is required. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel."
