From the moment I arrived until I left - every interaction with the staff was outstanding! From the security guard allowing cars in, the front desk agents, all the staff in the restaurant (and 6th floor breakfast), and of course the amazing housekeepers - all were amazing.

This is a very good property right in the middle of all the activity in this part of a Bangkok in the hotel is very well run. The breakfast is pretty terrific and the breakfast room is even better.

Place was very easy to find and the staff were super friendly with a really nice stay here I think there’s some maintenance that would need to be done. Is there a main bathroom off the kitchen has a leaky roof. Everything worked and the setting was very nice. Pool was well kept and I used very frequently. Nice and close to all kinds of entertainment, dining, and the beach. It’s just a short walk away. Great stay and excellent staff.

I like how this property has lots of businesses in a straight road by it, very simple to navigate and get used to. What I didnt like was that there was no security in the building and hotel staff doesnt really watch customers, only if you come front desk.

Comfortable room, good bed and shower (great water pressure), enough space. Close to Nana BTS station, very busy street though (during the night you can hear the street noise and music from the bars). Rooftop bar is nice but very expensive. Because of the bar, the pool already closes at 6pm, which is a real pity.
