"The place was great, one evening a heard of elk came right up to our living room window. One big negative was the barbecues are terrible. There was 3 that were for us to use. All of which didn’t work properly at all. The only half of the burners lit. "

Also building D's location is inconvenient if taking public transport because we had to walk up and down that super steep roadway. Also the hotel is a tad too far from downtown Banff for my liking."

"I love the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had Mini fridge in each room. Also, I wasn’t very happy with the hotel parking the website said $18 per night but it was $25 because I had to reserve. The parking was very convenient though. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff were extremely friendly and ladies from breakfast room were very polite and worked very very hard. I would absolutely stay here again!!!! "
