Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. Room was clean and adequate with a great kitchenette within the room, cooker, microwave, saucepans, kettle and a full fridge freezer. We would stay here again. "

We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. "The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"The resort is nestled in a quiet part of Sabah far away from city noise. It’s an idyllic place to be whether you’re there with family like us or if you want to go there for a couple’s getaway. The beach is really nice where you can have fun water sport activities. The staff are great and will always find a way to keep your holidays stress free and memorable. A few notes for the management. The building is showing a bit of age. I’d recommend the hotel to update the doors, wooden furniture and carpets in particular as they are showing signs of wear. The hotel particularly needs to clean the beach all the way across and not just in the front of the hotel. We had to turn back from our walk after a few minutes as it appeared that nobody was cleaning the beach to the right of the property. "

"Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring"

Lovely Hotel

"Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm."

"I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!"

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."
