"The property shared a building with Point College, so it was basically renting the floor to facilitate as a hotel. I wouldn't mind that; the room was adequate for my stay and met my minimum expectations. Only two things that wasn't good enough: the pillows were so thin as if they have been used since 10 years ago, and despite having so-called WiFi I was not able to connect at all. "Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs.
