"M world hotel stay for my little family of 4 was amazing! The staff were very professional, kind and polite. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very nicely kept and maintained. the food was delicious and a lot of variety. It is a 5mins under cover walking distance to the MRT and shops. My family will defiantly be staying here again without a doubt! Keep up the good work! "

"The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good. "

"Beds not comfortable. Curtains in queen room filthy. Curtain between lift and lobby filthy. Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get. Pillows rock hard, need changing along with bed sheets and towels, murky beige colour. Management need to address this. Not worth the...

"Just stay with the normal hotel. Not sure why they allow sub selling of their rooms to another entity. But no Wi-Fi, TV doesn't work and zero support and service. Just pay the difference and stay with the normal hotel. "

"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years.
