"Hotel was lovely, enjoyed the lounge, great views, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Occasionally the key card had issues in the elevator but wasn't a big deal. Hotel is right off KL Sentral station making it super convenient to get to and from airport and around KL. "

"This is a great hotel right in a mall. There's a starbucks on the first floor, and a grocery store below it. It's right near a train line. Service was amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast had many options. Can't go wrong with this hotel!"
