"시내에서 살짝 떨어져있어서 택시로는 10만동좌우로 이동 할수 있는 위치입니다 조용한 동네여서 산책 하기 좋아요..넘 시끄러운 시내 보다 훨씬 좋아요 .다만 계단이 많아 오르락 내리락이 힘들수 있으니 최대한 1.2.3번방을 배정 받으면 좋아요 처음 7반방을 배정 받았다가 리셉션 까지 올라 오는 길이 너무 힘들어 방을 바꿨네요.. 일박 이일은 괜찮지만 이박이 넘어가면 함들것 같아요.. 조식은 그냥 무난한 쌀국수,과일 , 샐러드등등 입니다 친절하고 적극적이며 영어에 능통한 매니져 덕분에 잘 지내다가 왔어요..다른 직원들도 매우 친절하고 좋아요~ 다만 침대 매트리스가 너무 딱딱하고 욕조에서 반신욕이라도 한다면 한후에 물뺄때 화장실이 물바다가 되어 욕실 문 높이를 넘겨 그걸 치우느라 좀 힘들었어요 또한 식당에서 아침마다 울려 퍼지는 노래 소리는 깊은 수면을 방해 합니다 차라리 조용한 팝이 좋은데 그건 한참 있다가 나와요😆 베트남 휴일이라 일박에 12만원(한국돈) 이상에 부킹 했는데...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in. We paid NZD90 for a night and were charged USD80 (NZD120) to check in early. Breakfast was sparse and tastes awful - this place had the worst selection we have encountered so far. The place feels eerie, like you're in a horror movie. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. The only other guests we saw were what looked like Chinese high rollers...

"Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here. Lau Cai is a fascinating place with the Chinese Border and the Red River. a couple of days is a good rest here. I had to change plans often and The Lady Manager helped me with Facebook messages in English changing dates and arranging a cheap transfer to Sapa."

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...
