"Firstly the inside staff are nice and friendly. But this hotel has limited parking and it’s cramped. They accepted USD as equivalent security deposit which was good. The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad. "
