"What a great location and amazing staff. My son loved the place and we had a great time. Highly highly recommended. Babu the owner is super helpful and caters all you requests."

"Rooms didn't had any temp. Control facility as mentioned in amenities. Towels nd linen were all soiled up. Blankets were dirty. Electric kettle was not been washed for ages. Overall just not upto the mark."

"The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. "The property and the management is world class. I would like to call out Tarang at the lobby desk, he is extremely caring, very hospitable guy. he went out of his way to help me with a personal medical situation I was addressing. The lobby manager Anurag too was very helpful. Folks are very hospitable, the bartender Vinay is a great guy too. The music room with live room adds more charm to the property. Fully stocked bar.. A must visit place."

"We had some check in issues with the room but the general manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and we had the most comfortable and best stay. The chef Mr Cheung is amazing, making us special dishes to our requirements. Highly recommend staying here as the hospitality was really good"

"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night from 2230 hours onwards for about an hour or so. It is not understood why construction work has to be done at that time. Thirdly, the hotel should employ a trained South Indian cuisine cook--- the breakfast served of dosa , tomato & coconut chutneys & sambar was pathetic & totally substandard."
