"This property needs some real renovation and love"

"New hotel in Bqguio, a must to check out! Affordable, spacious, with nice light vibes; good quality service, friendly smiling staff . Baguio is not as cold as it was before. Unlike the old classic hotel properties in the city, that dont have AC in the rooms, this hotel has AC installed in the rooms , that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The only thing downside maybe is the exterior design- make it more inviting… make the walkway better looking… additional nature touch to the front...

"There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area. "
