"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"Manager opened my door and let himself into my room 6 times over a 5 night stay. Room was dirty and had ants running all over the floor. Blind had been taken off the wall and even after I informed manager, nothing was done. There was always a lot of activity between 1am-3am every morning, including people trying my door handle. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are travelling alone."

There was someone in reception when I arrived which was fortunate as I hadn’t been sent the door code. Road noise was disturbing if the windows were open, despite my room being at the back of the building.
