"The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are going to stay upstairs then you will need to haul your luggages up the stairs. I didn’t dine but I don’t think there is dining available. I only stayed for a few hours since our flight was late at night and we need a place to relax before our flight."

"1st day our locks at the door did not work amd they to call in maintenance to repair it. We were checked in the sky king suite. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very polite and accomodating. The bathtub had a malfunction that did not drain the water. There was also an occurance where the water stopped working momentarily. The view is to die for!"

"Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. "This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
