":Our check-in was exceptional. Our son wanted a waffle the morning of check-out and the woman who was handling the breakfast area told us that it was 9:45am and breakfast was to end at 10am; therefore, she would not assist us because she needed to clean up and she had to check people out. My husband reminded her that it was only 9:45 not 10am, to which she told him she "didn't care and she was not going to allow us to make a waffle" We left and were disappointed to have received such an ill tempered person who obviously didn't want to be helpful, but had such a warm, welcoming experience prior when we checked in the night before. This employee does not need to work with the public and if she is to continue, she definitely needs to have some training on customer service, kindness and servant leadership...because she absolutely failed to demonstrate any of those qualities and was down right rude and nasty to our family."

" I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, making it a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"Sheets and blankets had stains, Burn marks and stains in room carpets Very loud i could hear both rooms beside mine tvs playing at night time. aloto f homeless people in parking lot and surrounding property, limited parking in the evening."
