"Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. I could hear the electric saw noises and hammer...

"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. "The property was fine, but they didnt have towrls by the pool. We were told to use our bath towels. Not ideal. Therexwas also no hand towels on our toom only large bath towels."

"Damn terrible hotel. Stay here if you want to sleep with bedbugs, wipe yourself with a towel with yellow stains and get woken up by loud music, banging sounds in other room and people shouting outside the window."
