"Great hotel to stay, 1 min walk from Gare de Blois-Chambord (its in front of you to the left - “1848 Restaurant- Beelodge” is the name of the place). Nice hotel, great complementary breakfast, rooms are nice and great! Friendly Staff! However, one very minor thing to note, in the rooms, there were no mugs (at least for me) and had only plastic cups, I would not pour hot water in those plastic cups (leeching BPA)…So unable to brew some tea or coffee in the room :( but was able to during breakfast."

Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. The dining experiences at Fleur de Loire are among the best we have ever encountered. We will return! "
