"During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person. "The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest. "
