"Excellent. Only issue was with airport shuttle on our arrival. They say ring on arrival, but that’s just to explain where pick up is. As we had just missed one we got a taxi owing to the long wait time. Might be better if shuttle ran at set, advertised times."

"The hotel is clean and well located: easy to walk all around the Auckland Central area. We were going on a cruise and stayed here for a couple of days before and it was easy to walk to the wharf for ship boarding. We had a delayed bag, and the staff were wonderful in helping us to try to track it and in making arrangements for the delivery when it finally arrived. Connie and Ruby were especially kind and helpful at the desk."

"Decent location, well appointed room but a little tired, amazing breakfast buffet! Top 10 in our 70 countries thus far. Room, lounge, chandlier restaurant all could have been a bit cleaner (especially compared to the rest of NZ hotels and restaurants which are typically spotless!). We arrived 15 min before 3pm and couldn't check into our room, so they took our bags and we had lunch. We checked in with them after eating to say we were going for a walk, NO PROBLEM they said, we'll certainly take...
