It didn’t met my expectations since the hotel is so costly. We even asked the housekeeping to change the pillowcase as it’s very obvious that what we have is already used by the people who used the room before us. The table is not clean also and a lot of marks that some people just ate there. The phone is not working. When we came they just took the car key from us and they said that they’ll be the one to park we were not informed that they will charge us for valet parking or have us an option for a free parking. For the breakfast, we thought that it is a buffet breakfast but only the bread and juices. So disappointed

We were very disappointed with the Onemata restaurant as we had booked here specifically to enjoy the chef’s service but were asked about what we don’t eat,we stated ham but still they brought bacon with Scallops so this was not good enough.

Stayed 6 nights in a King Suite, loved every minute! Room was clean and very well appointed, bathroom well lit. Bed was really comfortable and everything worked well. Service was warm, personal and I felt genuinely cared for. Had a couple of spa treatments and they were fantastic! Breakfast buffet could have had more selection and been served faster. Will definitely stay here any time I’m back in Auckland.
