Old outdated place. Stains on carpet in the room and in the hallway. The staff at the buffet were not friendly and somewhat rude. Not typical of the people and service we received during our 3 weeks in NZ.

Tower gate 4 could not open from the outside. Had to keep using tower gate 5 which was very far from the room. The bath towels were very small - and only two were provided in the room.

This is a well priced hotel with basic facilities. Great for a quick overnight stay when flying in or out of the country. Staff were very nice. Beds were super comfy. Facility is a little run down but you look past all of that because it’s cheap. The buffet dinner was not good.

Booked about 30 minutes before I checked in (airline failure), and the staff were very welcoming. Despite this being an airport hotel I didn’t hear a single landing or takeoff all night. Good sized room with a big toilet and bathroom. This will definitely be my hotel of choice the next time I need a bed near Auckland Airport.
