The area is nice. The corridor of the hotel is clean and nice. The room was disgusting, like makeup on the towels on the sheets, hair in the sheets, old food on the desk and on the desk chair. It was absolutely disgusting. And I had two rooms from them. Both were dirty.

The bar and restaurant were very busy but management at desk (property owners) …3 of them at front desk offered zero assistance to help out and stayed at front desk. The bartender was amazing how she handled the pressure. As an HR professional myself, I was astounded at the lack of support by her managers.

The room was gross and uncleaned. Dirty towels from previous people left in the closet. Behind the bed was filled with dead skin, old kleenex and who knows what else. The side tables had dirty gooey residue with hair in it. The couch was sunk in and looked filthy. When asked to have the room cleaned since I was staying for 3 nights which I should of just asked for a refund I was told NO because it was after 11am. They left my clean towels in a half wrapped bag outside of my door on the floor. The overflow parking is inconvenient and unsafe. A large gate separates you causing you to have to walk all the way to the road and up the hill with no security to help in the late hours of the night. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and would never return and recommend others do not book. I felt like I needed to come home and wash all my clothes because I was fearful of bedbugs.

I want to appreciate the staff for the room upgrade, unfortunately I didn't take the name of the lady that did it. Comfortable bed, spacious rom (I was upgraded to a suite), and I loved the free shuttle service

I find myself feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience. To begin with, if you want to enjoy a meal at the bar, you need to place your order there. Failing to do so means you'll likely never receive service from the restaurant, nor will you be able to get any drinks. It feels frustrating to have to go through that extra step just to get a bite to eat or refreshment. Moreover, the payment policy is quite stringent. You are required to pay upfront for your orders, and there is no option to charge anything to your room account. It's perplexing since they have already charged your credit card for a deposit—what's the point of that if there's no convenience later on? Additionally, the cleaning service in your room is not automatic. The only time anyone comes to take care of trash or tidy up is if you specifically request it. It’s an inconvenience to have to remember to ask for something that should be part of the usual service. Without a request, it seems no one will come by to assist you with even the most basic housekeeping needs.

Note that this hotel is not at the second stop of the Skytrain where the other hotels are located, you will need transportation to get to it on the other side of the tracks. Breakfast is not included, and you cannot charge food or drinks to your room. Food was passable but forgettable. This hotel is directly below the flightpath, so the first takeoff of the morning will wake you up, depending on which runways are being used. Rooms are large, no complaint there. Front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is not expensive, so budget minded travelers will be satisfied.
