"Fantastic property walking distance from historic center of Sintra. One of the three properties to have a free parking lot. Additionally, service of Paul and others during my stay makes it highly recommended. Again this is an old manor, so expect few glitches with doors etc. But very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. "

"This is a beautiful property outside the hustle and bustle of the town of Sintra. It helps to have a car if staying here, but Uber is an option. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Armie runs the place and is very friendly and efficient. She makes sure everyone has a positive experience. We are within walking distance of Pena Palace and the Moors castle. Even walking into town is only 25 minutes. You won't regret staying here!"

"Villa Bela Vista was amazing and probably our favorite hotel on our Portugal trip. The room was exactly as advertised. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. "The staff especially Rueben were all very wonderful! I loved my stay there. Just be aware the road outside is closed to traffic but they will give you a code so a driver can access. I was there during the terrible Martinho storm and the road was closed so the owner actually carried my luggage up the hill for me! I will definitely come back! "

"The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. But the toilet area is tight if the person is big size might have a hard time getting in. Does not have space to place toiletries at the sink area."
