"The stay couldn't have been better! The staff and guests were all warm and friendly. The lobby is comfortable, inviting with lovely fresh flowers and cookie snack to welcome guests. The wine and popcorn cocktail hour is a delightful touch and the continental breakfast plentiful with a wide selection. It was wonderful."

"The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed."
