"This property is centrally located to downtown Aspen. Very cozy lodge. What makes this place stand out is the excellent service from the staff. We will definitely be going back in the future."

"Amazing place and in every way"

"The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed."
