"The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Conveniently there’s a Starbucks onsite as well as a restaurant. Parking isn’t free during the week but free on the weekend. "

"The reception staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. I had one small concern / constructive criticism, when finishing you meals at the restaurant, the dirty plates, glasses etc. were left on the table for a long time and on one occasion were still there when we decided to leave. We left the table approximately 30-35 minutes after finishing our meal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the hotel again."

"This was our second stay here and like our first time we were very pleased with everything. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and the food is also very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using the Clayton Hotel in the future."

"Fantastic place to stay while in Liverpool. Minutes from the main shopping area at Liverpool One and is surrounded by plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants for all tastes. The front desk staff were amazing help and very friendly. Most importantly the rooms were a good size clean and comfortable and they also provided a mini fridge, tea/coffee machine and had a microwave."
