"This hotel was beautiful. Very high class for an amazing price. We did book months ago, as it got closer with a few days of check in, the price dropped by more than $50 so I cancelled our stay and rebooked for the lower price. I received a full refund for the first room. The room was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. We went to Baltimore to attend a concert at the CFG Bank Arena. I was so happy because while I knew the hotel was within walking distance I did not realize it’s only 1/2 a block away. It also about a 10-12 minute walk from the Harbor Promenade & Aquarium. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Would absolutely stay here again. We did pay for the valet parking it was $45, there is no parking at the hotel that is free, it’s either pay for valet or pay to park in a nearby lot. There are many parking decks in the area. Most are $25-$35 to pay to park overnight. For us we wanted the convenience of having the hotel park our car. At check out we simply texted a number with our car code and they had it at the main door by the time we went down the elevator."

"Decided to stay here because i had an event in the area. Its really a beautiful hotel. Reminds me of. Library and Studio. Check in was eaay and fast. The entire hotel is very clean. I stayed in the standard King room. It was cozy with a view of the city. The room comes with a kettle and various teas and coffee. There is a refrigerator inside of the room. It doesnt get very cold but if you need ice, concierge was more than happy to help. There are 2 resturaunts located at this location. And a few karaoke rooms available for rent. The gym was very clean and has enough equipment to get a good workout. My only cons would be the hallway are very hot. But you wont be in them long, there is no pool on location, i had a credit to for the cafe in which it states to put it on the room and they would apply it. However there was no way of doing so, an valet isnt available 24hr everyday. There are a few paid parking garages that allow in and out blocks away as an option. But they can be a little sketchy looking. Overall thia hotel was aesthetically pleasing and i enjoyed my stay"

"We loved this Hyatt Place. Very walkable & the staff was so nice & accommodating. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again. "
