I was looking forward to having dinner on the roof top over looking the city at sunset, but instead I was met with hookah bar with DJ loud music and a staff looking at me strangely when I asked for food. That is not my opinion-the desk clerk escorted us to the grocery and back, made sure our Uber was in front before we left the lobby, etc. The area is not rundown. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee.
