"at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only...

"We arrived at noon and check in is 2 pm. They allowed us to use the kitchen area and lounge till check in which was appreciated. I was a bit disappointed that there were no cards, games, dominoes etc in the living room. Nothing at all to pass the time. Kitchen facilities sufficient for cooking etc. Showers were clean with good water pressure. You are able to hear people walking on the wooden floors, closing doors etc and there is a bell at the entrance which you can hear quite loudly when...

"We stayed just for the night and was ok , the beds were clean and the receptionist ( a Brazilian guy ) was so friendly . Good option if you have a long layover in Lisbon , it’s quite close to the airport . "

"Loved the location of the hotel (just steps away from the Saldanha metro station, and therefore easily connected to the city center and the airport). The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are good size. Mine showed signs of some wear on the carpet, and the bed is super firm - I felt like I was sleeping on floor boards. But aside from these minor and totally individual things, a very good hotel for the money, where I would definitely stay again."
