"at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only...

"Well maintained property with exceptional staff. The marble entrance extends all the way through the bar area and to the restaurant. The staff could not be more attentive and helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations. I would not hesitate at al to highly recommend this hotel."

"We arrived at noon and check in is 2 pm. They allowed us to use the kitchen area and lounge till check in which was appreciated. I was a bit disappointed that there were no cards, games, dominoes etc in the living room. Nothing at all to pass the time. "The place is close to the metro that goes everywhere in the city. There is a supermarket nearby, cafes and everything a tourist needs. The staff members are very nice. The room is in good condition. The balcony is very important for those who smoke."
