"This was a convenient functional stop for a Bilbao ferry the next morning. (Approx 2hrs) The guesthouse adjacent to the bar/cafe was warm and clean, well kept no-frills accommodation and served the purpose. There’s an ample parking area next to the bar & guesthouse when you turn off the main road, although it is not private. "We chose this hotel because it was an hour from Santander and just off our main route from Portugal to the ferry port for the UK. Lovely town with impressive old centre and lovely riverside walks.
