"Fabulous hostel, really warm mid winter - both in the room and common areas, fireplace, the dogs were an unexpected boon! Modern rooms with excellent floor heating - exactly what you want/need after a long day out in Patagonian winter! Good food in the restaurant (arepas!), hot dishes included in the free breakfast, amazing views, reasonably-priced laundry service. Short walk to the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be happier."

"Great location and very comfortable beds. Nice common areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many of the electrical plugs in common areas don’t hold the plugs. But they also had great adapter plugs in one common area. Common area bathrooms often ran out of toilet paper, but just have to ask staff for more. "

"I was not here very long and the pool closed early so I did not get to use it. The room was comfortable, but the laminated flooring needed repair. Mostly aesthetic. People in the hall could easily be heard which was disappointing. Overall, functional and comfortable."

"Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. "The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed.
