"Just returned from a wonderful week of vacation, loved the resort. Beautiful beaches, pools and grounds. The rooms were clean, the food was good if you like buffet dining and the grounds were meticulously groomed. Enjoyed the friendly staff and atmosphere with evening activities and dance. Definitely would recommend, looking forward to visiting again soon."

"The resort was overall a good experience. The biggest gripe I had was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and during the stay. The toilet and faucet area was minimally cleaned and in need of many cosmetic repairs. Shower didn’t drain but maintenance came out and promptly and fixed it. The food at the restaurants was good. It was what I expected. The beach was nice as well. Many kids activities were advertised but upon showing up often the never happened or times were changed without notice....

"Is a beautiful apartment, but terrible maintenance, my family and I stayed for 4 days-3 nights and we never got internet connection, the person from the rental office staid that was because the weather, but I had friends that was traveling with us but they stayed in others properties and they never had problem with the internet. "The property grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that my safe would not open and this was on my bday when I was supposed to head down for dinner. The front desk kept saying 15 min it ended up being over 2 hrs they had me miss my bday celebration in the dining hall which was very disappointing because, that was the purpose of my trip. The rooms were a little dated and my room actually had a bad leak from the vent in the ceiling one day it was raining which also was my bday. The entertainment was good and the team was lots of fun. Overall, a good experience!! Shout out to Pacheko at the front desk and Biembo in the dining hall for such informative and fun conversations especially with me being a solo travel they made sure I was taken care of. "
