"Arrived at the hotel during a Sunday afternoon rally event. Traffic was heavy and parking was scarce. The receptionist found me a spot to park and get registered. "I loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and the rooms itself are so pretty. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful with anything you need. "The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt."

"I certainly enjoyed my stay at Rossmarkt Haus. It is located right in the central area right next to the Black Church and the Christmas market. I was able to walk to most of attraction sites. I also had an option to choose between a hotel buffet and a la carte breakfast. The room was so cozy and warm, and the bed was comfortable to ensure a good night’s rest. I appreciate their warm hospitality. "

"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

"This place is absolutely beautiful and is in a very lively part of town, which is part of its charm. The only real "issue" we had was that the water would go from freezing cold to scolding hot while you're in the shower and it got my back pretty good!
