"Location, safe, dinning options. The Hotel Buffet breakfast it's very good,specially the fruit and pastries and the Service specially Heve. Our maid Josimara was as good and bubbly as they come. The Reception crew was great starting with Jose. We were two couples,we spent three weeks in February 2025. Thanks to everybody at the Comfort Suites Macae !!!!!!"

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "

"A good hotel in good location, however starting to look dated, needs attention to maintain height standard. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair. "
