Well, definitely you get what you pay with this hotel; comfortable self-contained little bungalow, well equipped kitchen, small old fashion TV with only one English channel showing very old series (Wonder woman :-O ) haha, a bit uncomfortable mattress!, we stayed for 7 nights, they came twice in that week to clean a bit and change towels and to make the bed only as the did not change the linen for our disappointment; the complex has a very nice clean pool area if you decide to enjoy the sun and you are brave enough to go for a swim as the water was too cold for us to go in :( The location is a bit far from the beach if you decide to walk down, but, you can take the little train which runs every 20 min I think and it takes you all the way down. El Castillo/Caleta is situated under the flight path of the airport nearby, therefore, expect to be waken up around 07:30 every day if the are using the runway for landing in that direction, fortunately, the Fuerteventura 'El Matorral' Airport is not a very busy one within the Canaries, making tolerable that' waking up call' every days ;-) I would recommend El Castillo Beach if you are going to explore the island and enjoy the beach, nothing else in my opinion.
