Room was good with a small locket/eating area that was equipped for short stays. There is a bar that has load music close by that could disturb your sleep if you don’t have ear plugs. It was load!! "

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"
