The staff are wonderful, accommodating of guests and have a great deal of knowledge about the area and transportation options. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful place. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant there, but the breakfast and the servers were outstanding. The hotel is walking distance to the city center where all the shops and restaurants are. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You can't go wrong. "
