The Lockin Bar & Resturant

"We booked this hotel for a one night stay in January. We arrived to find they had apparently gone out of business several months ago. I had a talk with an assistant via the chat facility on the app, where he informed me I wasn't entitled to a refund as it stated this on the confirmation email. I could accept this if I had cancelled, but the fact that hotels.com took my booking in the first place surely means they are legally required to provide a full refund? The world's gone mad if this isn't...

"This place is no longer a hostel, yet they took my money and left me with no accommodation for the night. Absolutely disgusted that they can do this and feel very sorry for the man who now lives there. "
