"We had a lovely one night stay. Location was amazing, the view from the room was also amazing. Downside was the floor we were on (10th) had refurbishment works going on in the room next door and the drilling was very loud. The shower was a bit dated and use wasnt great when the water kept stopping during use. "

Would try elsewhere if there's a next time in London"

"Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. "I have stayed here two years in a row. The location is very central in the middle of everything and easily walkable. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff was friendly. My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did. Overall I would reccomend. "
