Our stay at hotel lulu did shock us. It was clean and the amenities was plentiful with a bar, snack area with good choices, and the complementary drink. The area had a Walgreens and food nearby just in case which helped. The standard king room had an ok shower and not the full vanity which all the positives outweigh the negatives.

Did not like that it advertised heated pool, but the pool was cold and not heated. Toilet is so close to the shower and very cramped bathroom. Small room that feels dark and not luxurious. Just very basic.

A comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and prompt about addressing our room needs.The pool was not heated (think cold plunge) and our kids were super disappointed. Parking was convenient.

Really enjoyed my stay here, only thing is that you do get shocked every time by the elevator button when you press it from the lobby. But besides that it was quiet,clean and enjoyable staff are very nice as well and welcoming.

We had an excellent time during our stay. You are welcomed with a beverage and the staff was nice and property is clean. The location is great with various restaurants and stores in close proximity and the entrance to Disneyland is only 2 blocks. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. It was very clean and close to the Disney parks! I would say the rooms are on the smaller side. We were also disappointed when we opened our window to see pipes/wall. The bathrooms could really use more towel holders or hooks to hang things on, but other than that it was a nice place to stay

Staff is super friendly! This is my preference while visiting the Disneyland parks. The only thing is housekeeping needs to be more careful cleaning the rooms. When we walked into our room there was a c*ondom wrapper in the bed side table. The whole room was cleaned so I don’t understand how they missed it.
