"Everything was good. Hose keeping was excellent. Hotel drivers were excellent. Saw a cockroach in the dining food area. Couldn't take a picture. Handling of wet food with bare hands in one of the live counters. Shuttle service could be better. I think I was lied to for the 45 minutes delay in the shuttle to pick us up. Lying is not appreciated from front desk staff."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and exemplary! The breakfast was great and filled us up for busy days ahead. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Amritsar and will recommend it to family and friends!"
