The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, there is a snack available in the evening , and hot beverages available all the time. Staff was very friendly. "I spent New Year's Eve at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing us to explore the charming area with ease. Millersburg is located close to many main attractions and shopping destinations including Berlin, Charm and Sugar Creek, all within a short driving distance and right in the neighborhood there are plenty of traditional options for restaurants and shopping conveniently. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for all of us. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool. It was well-maintained and provided hours of fun for the kids. The ample parking space was also a huge plus, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg was memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area with family and looking for a convenient location. "Amazing hotel. Friendly service on checking in. Very large clean room with 2 queen beds and a couch with foot stools. Big bathroom with large shower that had high ceilings to accommodate any taller person. Shower head with different setting and shampoo and conditioner provided. Many towels and washclothes provided also. Large free breakfast with waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt and the best homemade cinnamon rolls. Large selection of teas and cereal and juice. Didn't have the opportunity to use it but hotel also has a fitness area and pool. Great stay! Would return again if visiting the area. "
