"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"The property has a nice vibe and is located in a nice side street to Ku’damm with eateries and bakeries nearby. Gragger bakery has great sourdough breads. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable; they seemed pretty inexperienced. The biggy up rooms have the bedrooms to the street (so they are loud) and the living rooms towards the courtyard where it’s quiet-- the layout doesn’t make much sense. "

"Great room with a view, I upgraded by paying extra. The hotel is beautiful, just across from the Berlin Main Station, very convenient. Great sauna and spa, Beautiful bar. Only problem is the lack of a restaurant for dinner."
