"Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"

"The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. That created a problem because on the floor there was a terrible disgusting dirty carpet. It was a terrible feeling walking barefoot on the...

"It was a nice location. Unfortunately we booked two queen rooms. We got one very nice room with a balcony. The other room was a tiny room with one single bed for two people. There was no closet in the second room, no TV, no dresser. The nice room had a TV but the plug was broken and couldn’t be plugged in to the wall. The internet was off from 2300-0800 The locations was amazing and the price was great. Just wish we’d received the two rooms we’d paid for. "
